All rooms at Fox & Bear Lodge have a private bathroom. This room is a delight for guests as they love the arched canopy queen size four poster bed. Wake up calls are almost always needed as our guests sleep ever so soundly in the room’s big comfortable bed, which simply envelops them! The room is complemented with a gas fireplace and comfortable wing back chairs, the perfect spot to read up on attractions in the area. It features a private bath and is situated on the second floor of the inn, allowing for convenient access out to the top veranda, where you and that special someone, can sit back and take in the views of the gardens and countryside. Breakfast included. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of $100/stay. Taxes collected at checkout include the following: – NJ State Sales Tax 6.625% – NJ State Occupancy Tax 5% – Vernon Township Occupancy Tax 3% DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY A 100% deposit is charged at the time of booking to guarantee the room(s).  Guest is responsible for the payment transaction fee if they wish to cancel their reservation. Cancellations and changes made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $50 fee per room booked. Cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee per room booked. Cancellations and changes made 14 to 3 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $250 fee per room booked.   Cancellations and changes made less than 3 days prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay. No-shows and early checkouts will not be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@foxandbearlodge.com.​CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please contact us via email if you would like to request an early check-in. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guest room OR on the property, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
