VERNON NJ
In warmer months, explore the Appalachian Trail—including the iconic Stairway to Heaven—or venture into Wawayanda State Park, which boasts over 60 miles of scenic hiking trails and a spring-fed lake perfect for swimming or boating.
During winter, Vernon transforms into a playground for outdoor enthusiasts, with skiing, snowboarding, and downhill mountain biking at Mountain Creek, which is also home to the legendary Action Park water park in summer.
For a unique adventure, head up the mountain to TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park, featuring high ropes and zip-lining courses suspended in the trees.

GREENWOOD LAKE
Greenwood Lake stretches nine scenic miles across New York and New Jersey, offering the perfect setting for swimming, boating, fishing, or simply soaking up a gorgeous summer day. While the village offers a variety of dining options, the true highlight is the lake itself – calm, expansive, and unforgettable.
MILFORD PA
Just 25 minutes from the Lodge, Milford, PA is a charming historic town filled with unique shops, great food, and local entertainment. Adventure seekers can explore nearby trails leading to Dingmans Falls or Childs Park, while Kittatinny Canoes offers thrilling rafting and kayaking trips along the scenic Delaware River.
